What are the components of a brand's successful digital strategy?
To deliver success, a brand's digital strategy has to include an engaging, responsive website, measured search campaigns, efficient email marketing, exceptional customer service, organized content marketing agenda, and finally, always measure, tweak and improve to extract maximum value.
As a digital marketing leader, why do you prefer the online marketing more than the offline marketing?
In fact, there are many reasons, as you can tap a larger audience and expand geographically easily, interact with customers easier and get in touch faster, and most importantly that information is immediately available and accessible online with a better tracking possibility.
How do you see the future of digital marketing strategies?
Digital marketing is now about how businesses contextualize emerging trends and approach their target audience for various purposes. There is always a paradigm shift that propels businesses to post more personalized content, adapt new SEO rules, and embrace smart digital technologies. The key, however, is to figure out how a specific trend may change the digital marketing lands
Any advice you may give for today's digital marketing companies?
There’s an alarming need for companies to start thinking internationally because their competitors are surely moving towards it and paving their way. Moreover, small businesses and entrepreneurs have to be broadminded, focusing on their foundation as this provides a better return on investment than experimenting (and getting distracted) with every new tool.
